Here's the first version. - 'Western Australian goldfields, 1902, a battle weary war hero returns home determined to find his fortune, only to discover it in the most unexpected place.' A review of Kanowna
Colosoul Magazine recently published a review of the March Future Shorts Film Festival, held in Perth. The reviewer mentioned Kanowna in the article:
"The first film of the night was local production Kanowna, directed by Chris Richards-Scully. This was one of the most compelling films of the night, looking at race relations in the Western Australians Goldfields at the beginning of the 20th century. The film contained beautiful scenery and brilliant acting."
